ExaminLab: online platform of adaptive tests

Born from the collaboration between Arca24 and British Language Centre, a company specialising in languages and vocational training, ExaminLab is an online testing platform that allows several candidates to be assessed at the same time, by sending them a simple email with the link to take the test, which can be done remotely from any device.

Company registration and login

In this section you can create your company profile by filling in a simple registration form where you will be asked to provide your access data to the platform as a recruiter and your company information.

Once you have filled in the form you will receive an automatic system email containing the data to access your company profile. For subsequent accesses, you will simply need to enter your credentials directly on the login page.

Creating a new test session

Once you have logged into your company area you can create a new interview session to which you can invite one or more candidates and/or employees. You must select the type of test (international languages, non-european languages, business languages, specialist), assign a title to the sessions and define a closing date (after which it will no longer be possible for the recipients to take the test).

Then simply enter the email addresses of the candidates you want to interview and click on “Create” and the system will send the contacts an invitation to the assessment test.

Test result

In the ‘open sessions’ section you can view all the tests carried out by candidates and/or employees. Click on the title of the session to access the details; to view the test result simply click on the assessment obtained; a pop-up will open showing the progress of the test. The platform also offers the possibility of sharing test score externally by sending a simple link.
