May 1, 2024 – Lighthouse Research & Advisory, one of the HR technology industry’s most innovative research firms, unveiled the winners of the prestigious 2024 HR Tech Awards program in a livestream on LinkedIn at 11am Central time on Wednesday, May 1th.
Arca24 stood out for its use of AI CV Matching, a pre-screening system based on semantic search, which can compare the skills sought in the job ad with those in the resumes of active candidates (applicants to the ad) and passive candidates (already in the database) and provide, in seconds, the ranking of candidates from most to least compatible with the position sought.
This technology allows recruiters to save time in the first phase of selection to devote it to higher value-added activities.
