Company organigram
It is possible to enter the personal data of new employees into the system, define the company structure, map out the roles of employees and establish objectives, skills and expected behaviour for each.
The system automatically generates the organisation chart by job role and by employees.
Templates
An infinite number of roles can be created, defining the main characteristics for each one. An indefinite number of technical competences (hard skills) and expected behaviours (soft skills), which are characteristic of the organisation, can be associated with each role.
Employee evaluation
A ‘Performance’ module is available. That makes it possible to track the objectives to be achieved by employees and to measure the gap between the expected skills and behaviours achieved and the theoretical ones through four different types of evaluation events: standard event (evaluation linked to company hierarchies), custom event (free from hierarchies), smart event (created ad hoc) and self-assessment event (employees are asked to provide an evaluation of themselves). All this allows 360 and continuous feedback.
For each type of event, it is possible to view the total number of evaluations made with an overall average of the scores obtained.
A history of requested evaluations and all spontaneous evaluations is available within the employee’s profile.
Internal vacancies
The system allows internal vacancies to be published and all selection activities to be carried out on employees.
All suitable candidates’ profiles will be entered into a proprietary talent pool and sorted by degree of compatibility with the search.
