SoftskillLab: a cloud solution for entirely assessing the candidate’s personality

SoftskillLab allows many candidates to be assessed at the same time thanks to the cloud-based system, simply by sending an email to candidates with the link to take the tests.

Results are easy to analyze, even by non-specialists.

The development of the tests on the SoftskillLab platform has its scientific basis in the studies of Cattel and a research group that has systematized the existing literature in terms of the analysis and study of personality.

Company registration and login

In this section you can create your company profile by filling in a simple registration form where you will be asked to provide your access data to the platform as a recruiter and your company information.

Once you have completed the form you will receive an automatic system email containing the data to access your company profile. For subsequent accesses you will simply have to enter your credentials directly on the login page.

Create a new test session

Once you have logged into your company area, you can create a new test session to which you can invite one or more candidates and/or employees.

You must select the test (soft skills assessment, cognitive skills assessment, personality factors assessment, psychological styles assessment), assign a title to the session and define a closing date, after which it will no longer be possible for the recipients to take the test.

Then simply enter the email addresses of the profiles you wish to interview and, by clicking on “Create”, the system will send the contacts entered an invitation to take the assessment test.

Open sessions management

Within this section you can find all open test sessions, with details of the total number of candidates and/or employees who have been invited to take the tests. You can even see how many of these have already answered the tests and the days remaining until the session closes.

The system allows you to download the summary of each session, add new profiles to be assessed and prompt those who have not yet completed the questionnaire.

Once the session is closed, it will be automatically saved in the archive for the time frame selected when creating the session.

Final evaluation

By clicking on the title of each session, you have access to all the details: closing date and list of candidates who have completed the test. You can also add new candidates.

For each candidate it is possible to view: name, email, telephone, upload curriculum vitae, test completion’s date and result obtained.

In addition, the platform offers the possibility to share test results externally by sending a simple link.
